AtlanticBlog has a useful airing of the hyperbole that Mark Kleiman from UCLA has aimed at Sen. John Cornyn and Republicans. It is a pretty shocking and very disappointing what passes for academic discourse. If you disagree with someone, it appears that anything is fair game.
