Why are there limits to how much you can spend supporting a federal candidate, but there is not a limit for a newspaper or other media? Here a newspaper has spent money on ads that trumpet "Casey to run for Senate" when you or I couldn't not even spend the money that it would take to run one of these ads. Casey is running against Rick Santorum for the Senate in Pennsylvania.
